All activities must be performed according to corporate and plant safety standards and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as issued by regulatory agencies. Assurer le suivi et le bon fonctionnement des machines de moulage par soufflage Participer à différents projets reliés au procédé (nouveaux équipements, optimisation, modification ou autre) Participer au développement de nouveaux produits (mise en production et suivi) Développer les compétences des monteurs ajusteurs au niveau du procédé et de la résolution de problème de qualité des contenants Peut être appelé à effectuer des mises en course de produits existants Travailler en collaboration avec les autres occupations pour s’assurer d’une prestation de travail continue et optimale Respecter l’ensemble des procédures de contrôle de la qualité et autres politiques de l’entreprise Toute autre tâche demandée par son superviseur. Exigences et compétences recherchées Formation technique (DEC, DEP, AEC) en génie mécanique, instrumentation et contrôle ou domaine connexe Expérience de 5 ans avec le procédé d’extrusion soufflage et injection soufflage Bonnes habiletés de communication Excellente connaissance en Électricité, pneumatique, hydraulique, mécanique et compréhension et conception de programme d’automate programmable. Excellente connaissance en lecture et conception de plans.
