Job Title: Senior Associate, Client Success Manager

Aon is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Success Manager -- Hybrid

This role provides the opportunity to partner with a portfolio of industry specific clients, allowing you to establish relationships and provide data insights to build a plan for their compensation strategies and decisions.

With the use of our leading global source of benchmark data, Radford McLagan Compensation Database, the Client Success Manager will support clients in understanding year over year changes to job architecture, platform experience and new report results to drive better workforce decisions.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Santa Clara, CA office.

What the day will look like

This position will provide daily support around job architecture, survey publications, data lifecycle and platform experience. Through regular interaction you will ensure all client compensation data submission obligations are fulfilled. There will be specific projects assigned, delivering job matching and benchmarking services to clients. This role is uniquely positioned to give you exposure to other internal teams and colleagues of all seniorities and will be encouraged to promote product and service awareness to your clients.

How this opportunity is different

There are both technical data analyses as well as client interaction and relationship management in the daily responsibilities. Your active voice to drive efficiency will insure continued outstanding service delivery to our clients!

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Proficient Excel skills and adeptness with explaining and communicating data and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner is needed for success. With an emphasis on "team" and "collaboration" you will have shown these behaviors within a previous position, ideally within the consulting or business service sectors. Adapting to the continuously evolving compensation landscape will be required. Understanding the importance of the client experience is key to the success of this role.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent compensation experience.

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $95,000 to $105,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
