We are looking for an enthusiastic Sterilization/Dental Assistant who share our passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our clients. What you will bring Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a medical or dental environment. Dental Assistant experience, Level II an asset. Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control practices. MDRAO certificate course is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will be doing Perform thorough cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection of surgical instruments and equipment in accordance with established protocols. Maintain accurate inventory records of all surgical instruments and supplies. Develop and enforce procedures to ensure no instruments are inadvertently discarded after surgeries. Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks to ensure all sterilization equipment is functioning properly. Accurately document all sterilization processes and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines to protect patients and staff. Provide chairside assistance and support to the dental team during busy periods or when coverage is needed due to staff shortages.
