Job Description Summary:

We are hiring Maintenance people to join our team. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance function to ensure safe working conditions and to meet or exceed regulatory compliance. The role partners with the management team to create and maintain a safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

General troubleshooting and repair including basic carpentry
Uses plumbing proficiency to complete work orders tied to plumbing
Performs day-to-day activities of the maintenance mechanics to achieve safe, timely, and satisfactory work
Assists other Maintenance team workers with their tasks
Performs a variety of semiskilled general maintenance duties
Completes paperwork for work orders as required

Job Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant progressive maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years of electrical experience
Basic carpentry skills
Proficient in plumbing
Strong customer focus with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner
Must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using excellent organizational skills and precise attention to detail
Must possess a strong customer-centric attitude, high energy level, and a strong sense of urgency
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
