Your Mission:

Provide direct oversight of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Supervise key warehouse functions: product receipt, inspection, put-away, picking, checking, packing, shipping of temperature-sensitive orders, and management of shipping and supplies.
Manage reverse logistics, including cooler returns and asset management programs.
Train, coordinate, and lead warehouse teams to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient and accurate deliveries, maintaining clear communication.
Review and record temperature data for quality assurance.
Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members, supporting their professional growth.
Enforce standard operating procedures and training initiatives.
Implement strategies to minimize drug losses internally and externally.

What You Bring To The Table:

Leadership experience in warehouse operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
Proficiency in Business Central and Excel.
Understanding of Receiving/Shipping processes.
High work standards and concern for quality.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate performance.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety and compliance.
Experience with warehouse management systems like Business Central.

Compensation: Our pay ranges are based on local labor benchmarks, role, level, and location, and are part of a comprehensive total compensation package.
