Company: Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc CSN Capital Collision in Calgary is looking for a motivated and hard-working Body Shop Parts Coordinator to join our growing team. That’s why we offer: Competitive wages Health, dental, and vision benefits Long-term disability & life insurance Discounts on vehicles, parts and service Maternity leave top-up program Flexible schedules to support family commitments Employee Assistance Program Career growth opportunities within a respected and growing automotive group Recognition programs and a supportive, team-first environment Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the production manager and repair planner to support efficient workflow Accurately identify, order, receive, and distribute parts needed for repairs Return and re-order damaged or incorrect parts as required Track and follow up on incomplete orders (backorders, outstanding items, and credits) Maintain organized parts inventory and Create purchase orders and accurately process invoices per company policy Answer and direct internal calls and vendor inquiries Assist with vehicle the detailing process when needed Keep the parts area and body shop clean, safe, and well-organized Follow all company safety standards and procedures Support additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Able to read and understand vehicle repair instructions and estimates Experience with vendor catalogs and parts management systems Previous automotive or collision center experience preferred (1–2 years ideal) Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge of Partsbride, Collision Link and ProgiParts would be an asset Apply Today and become a valued part of our team at CSN Capital Collision in Calgary.
