Job Summary Clintar is hiring Landscape and Snow Supervisors to oversee field operations, ensuring timely quality service. Responsibilities Supervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operations Assign equipment, conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safety Maintain facility organization, set work procedures, and ensure efficient workflow Manage timesheets Plan and conduct ongoing crew training Prioritize customer satisfaction Promote teamwork and evaluate staff performance Occasionally contributes hands-on during tight deadlines Coordinate with the Operations Manager Qualifications 3+ years in commercial landscape/snow a benefit Clean and valid driver’s license Expertise in heavy equipment operation an asset University/college degree preferred Horticulture, Landscape, CLT, CIT, CHT, or ASM/CSP certifications are assets Proficient in writing reports, proposals, and business correspondence Capable of solving customer service challenges, interpreting various instructions, and performing calculations related to areas, percentages, and volumes Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally. Strong communication and organizational skills Reliability and the ability to respond to emergencies or work during irregular hours, such as nights and weekends, may be required.
