This position is located in Brampton, ON and is a full time, 1st shift opportunity.

The Distribution Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for leading people, supervising and leading the organization's warehouses, setting direction for production and deploying resources.

Supervise and ensure the monitoring and distribution of materials, tools, equipment and allocation of all personnel.
Create and enforce a safe working environment.
Plan, assign and supervise daily work assignments.
Conduct daily communication meetings with employees.
Maintain productivity and quality levels as set by Depot Manager.
Perform monthly Associate performance reviews.
Create/Maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity.
Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse back-orders and quality errors while reducing costs.
Resolve employee issues.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Other duties as required by the operation and position.

The annual salary for this role is $61,000 - $82,000 CAD (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

The qualified candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
OR Associates degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
OR High School Diploma or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

General experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
