About the role The Documents team at Coalition owns and operates the central engine responsible for generating all essential insurance documents for our policyholders, brokers, and internal teams. Our mission is to empower our internal template creators and support specialists with fast, intuitive tools to build and manage the documents that run our business.

The platform integrates critical policy data, complex template logic, and dynamic regulatory requirements to produce millions of accurate, high-quality, and compliant documents.

In this role, you’ll be writing the backend services and architecting the distributed systems that apply this complex business logic at scale. Your work will directly enhance the velocity of our internal partners, improve platform reliability, and ensure our business can move forward with speed and confidence.

We prioritize selecting the most suitable tools for each challenge and make pragmatic architectural decisions to decouple systems and support our rapid growth.
