WHAT OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Managing access to the mailroom, providing front-desk reception services related to mail inquiries, and handling the logging, sorting, and distribution of mail to building clients. Knowledge of client processes and procedures, information up to PROTECTED B to log mail and redirect as required. Managing multiple software platforms. Answering emails and completing log entries along Emergency procedures activation. Conducting patrols. Operate Motorola radio. Building safety, facilities and post orders knowledge.
