Description du poste :

En tant que chargé(e) de projet, vous superviserez plusieurs projets de construction pour le secteur public et privé. Vous travaillerez aux côtés d'ingénieurs, d'architectes et d'autres professionnels pour assurer la réalisation des projets et la satisfaction des clients.

Rôles et Responsabilités:

Coordination des projets (soumission, exécution, réalisation) ;
Création, planification, supervision et réalisation de la mise en place des dossiers des projets ;
Planification et suivi de l'avancement des travaux (échéanciers) ;
Préparation des budgets, des bons de commandes et des contrats en sous-traitance ;
Interprétation et compréhension des plans et devis ;
Visite des lieux des chantiers en cours de réalisation ;
Préparation, négociation et approbation des documents liés aux projets en cours (avis de changement, déficience, décompte, mémo de livraison, dessin d'atelier, etc.) ;
Planification, coordination et rencontre avec les sous-traitants ;
Traitement et approbation des factures des fournisseurs et sous-traitants des projets en cours ;
Analyse de l'avancement des travaux (Effectuer les demandes de paiement et en faire le suivi) ;
Vérification constante quant au respect des normes et lois en vigueur (permis, sous-traitance, acceptation provisoire des travaux, fin de contrat, etc.) ;
Fermeture des dossiers en fin de travaux.

Qui nous recherchons:

Bilingue en français et en anglais, tant à la lecture qu'à l'écriture ;
Minimum 3ans d'expérience en gestion de projet de la construction et rénovation commerciale, industriel et institutionnel ;
Diplôme collégial ou universitaire ;
Solides compétences en gestion, en planification, en leadership et en organisation ;
Expérience dans l'estimation des projets de rénovation et nouvelle construction ;
Une solide compréhension de tous les métiers de la construction et des matériaux, méthodes et techniques de construction ;
Capacité à comprendre et à interpréter les dessins et les spécifications (Architecture, mécanique, électrique, structurel, etc.) ;
Une expérience de l'utilisation de Microsoft Outlook, Word et Excel est indispensable ;
Expérience avec l'application Estimateur, Gestionnaire et E-Plans considérée comme un atout.

Job Description:

As a project manager, you will supervise several construction projects for the public and private sectors. You will work alongside engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure the completion of projects and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project coordination (submission, execution, completion) ;
Creation, planning, supervision and implementation of the project files ;
Planning and monitoring the progress of work (schedules) ;
Preparation of budgets, purchase orders and subcontracting ;
Interpretation and understanding of plans and specifications ;
Site visits to construction sites in progress (planning and purchasing specific equipment, developing contractual strategies) ;
Preparation, negotiation and approval of documents related to current projects (notice of change, deficiency, statement, delivery memo, shop drawing, etc.) ;
Planning, coordination and meeting with subcontractors ;
Processing and approval of invoices from suppliers and subcontractors for current projects ;
Analysis of the progress of work (Make and follow up on payment requests) ;
Constant verification of compliance with standards and laws in force (permits, licenses, provisional acceptance of work, end of contract, etc.) ;
Closing of files at the end of the project.

Who we are looking for:

Bilingual in French and English, both reading and writing ;
Minimum 3 years of experience in project managing commercial, industrial and institutional construction and renovation ;
College or university diploma ;
Strong management, planning, leadership and organizational skills ;
Experience in estimating renovation and new construction projects ;
A solid understanding of all construction trades and construction materials, methods and techniques ;
Ability to understand and interpret drawings and specifications (Architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) ;
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential ;
Experience with the application Estimateur, Gestionnaire and E-Plans application considered an asset.
