Good, Buzzfeed, Breakfast Television, The Morning Show, and more. We are looking for a results-driven and motivated growth marketer to join our team to help drive revenue growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced growth marketer who wants to leverage their expertise and work for a fast-growing mission-driven startup. The RoleAs a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to scale the Marlow brand to reach more customers than ever before and spread our mission around women's health. You will optimize the marketing funnel and maximize ROI on all campaigns.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle strategies. You will work closely with our founding team to identify opportunities and drive business growth. When \& Where?

This is a 4--6-month contract to provide expert guidance as we scale our marketing function and has the opportunity to extend to a full-time role. This is a hybrid role that will primarily work remotely with one day in-person per week in Toronto. What

You'll DoDevelop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Optimize paid and organic acquisition channels including TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer marketing/affiliate, SEO, and email marketing. Conduct A/B tests and analyze customer data to optimize conversion rates, landing pages, and ad creatives.

Leverage CRM and automation tools to develop personalized customer journeys that enhance lifetime value. Identify and scale new growth opportunities through brand partnerships and affiliate marketing. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention rates.

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tactics. What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing in a consumer product or e-commerce company.

Strong expertise in paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic growth strategies. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI platforms. Passionate about women's health \& mission-driven impactful workHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze).

Expertise in email marketing campaigns and optimizing flows. A creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
