Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning \& Analysis Manager to join our professional finance team in Caterham, Surrey. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer your primary responsibility will be to prepare and analyse the group's Budgets and Forecasts to aid strategic decision making and investment decisions.

Some of your key responsibilities:

Developing and managing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial projections through collaboration with senior management throughout the organisation.
Financial reporting and analysis, including income and cashflow projections, monitoring financial performance against forecasts and identifying risks and opportunities in budgets and forecasts.
Supporting strategic planning and development of financial strategies through provision of financial analysis to assess the impact of investments or disposals.

Requirements

Post qualification experience as an ACA qualified accountant
Previous exposure to an FP\&A type role would be preferrable.
Strong numerical background.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to interpret financial data in relation to the business and its performance needs.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
Exceptional Excel skills.
Experienced Word and PowerPoint user.
