Job description Position Summary The Leasing Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all prospective tenants and plays a key role in assisting them to find suitable space for their business. In addition, they provide administrative support to the leasing team, under the director of the Senior Director of Leasing. This position plays a key administrative role in coordinating lease documents, maintaining up-to-date leasing records and facilitating communication between tenants, agents, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is confident, highly organized, detail oriented, and a people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Leasing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Leasing Administrator on shared tasks and responsibilities. Responsibilities: · Respond to all telephone, email and internet leasing inquiries · Schedule and coordinate property tours and meetings for Senior Director and Director of Leasing · Maintain accurate and organized leasing files, tracking and recording, lease documentation scanning and file maintenance · Preparing various leasing reports, lease summaries, internal/external correspondence and memos · Liaise with Property Management, Accounting and Development departments, as required · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner · Provide administrative support to the Leasing team · Assist in the marketing of commercial listings, updating the website, site plans and signage; · Ability to manage multiple priorities · Support Senior Lease Administrator as required · Other assignments within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job as requested from time to time by management. Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education · 1-2 years of experience in office/administration or real estate preferred · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Core Competencies · Self-sufficient, self-starter, quick learner · Strong customer service focus · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work efficiently as a member of a team and in a professional manner with employees at various levels of the organization · Ability to deliver quality results under pressure and within tight deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Company pension Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision care Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
