\n $25 - $25 an hour Position Summary The Sales Coordinator Intern will support sales administration, national e-commerce management, and merchandising projects. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced beauty and CPG environment.

Responsibilities

Complete product listing forms for national retailers
Support and maintain retailer e-commerce sites
Manage the National UPC database (GS1)
Execute French translation requirements
Perform general administrative tasks (ordering/sending samples, customer lab setup, customer excess inventory lists, etc.)
Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

Previous office administration experience, or junior experience with a CPG company or e-tailer, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly detail-oriented
Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team
Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
Passion for the beauty industry
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Additional Information

Must be availble ASAP and commited to a 6-12 month internship.
This is a paid full-time internship with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week
The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person support for events or retailer lab installations as needed in ONT location
