Online Sales Conversion Driver Mississauga, ONMarketing & Digital Sales North America  Reports to: Head of Online Sales North America Summary: This role is a digital sales role for the continuous and target driven optimization of North American website activities and campaigns. It’s responsiblefor the observation, analysis, and understanding of the campaigns and activities along the NAM Digital Customer Journey. This role is responsible for maximizing purchase probabilities based on data, industry segment needs and promotion activities, with the goal of generating higher conversation rates, increased web traffic, and higher sales. Location:  Mississauga Head Office Travel Expectation: 10% Key Accountabilities: Responsible for all measures which lead to increased conversion rates (visitor à sales) Collaboratively consult & train other digital sales and digital marketing roles based on data assessment Lead activities to establish a data driven mindset across the department and adjacent groups Consult leadership in data driven decision making Increase web traffic, incremental sales and conversion rates with local action plans to drive business Increase incremental sales for online allocated customers (customer à share of wallet) Own the assessment of the web key metrics along the customer journey for the business region Provide specific recommendations for local campaign, website and content improvements Monitoring and analysis of North American online business and campaign activities, to optimize conversion Own data driven decision making on behalf of BR NAM with heat maps and other types of visualized information Collaborate with digital analytics specialists globally, and train new key users Support with Online Business Consulting on demand, to understand customer processes and behavior Be the “ambassador” for BR NAM for digital sales analytics and collaborate to global concepts in that matter Actively shape the landscape of digital sales analytics for BR NAM and with DSH Barcelona Knowledge, Skills and Experience:  Certificate/Diploma of Business Management/Online Business5+ (five) years of proven working experience in digital sales, digital marketing or related environment Proven analytical background/experience Proven ability to drive online sales with new and existing customers Date driven personality with entrepreneurial mindset Works well under pressure and through ambiguity with problem solving mindset Possesses a positive, team player attitude Excellent interpersonal skills - must have the ability to communicate with diplomacy and interact with customers and partners in a professional and positive manner Knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques is an asset Proven knowledge in AI prompt engineering is preferred Occasional business travel for trainings, workshops, and customer visits is required This is a summary of the position profile only and is intended to summarize the position requirements.
