About the job As a key contact for our customers, you'll use your bilingual skills to deliver high-quality support and technical expertise. Your day-to-day will include: Providing bilingual (French/English) technical support via phone and email Identifying parts, diagnosing issues, and offering effective equipment solutions Recommending additional products and services through suggestive selling Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally Ensuring a positive customer experience through clear communication and timely problem-solving Qualifications Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) — Required Minimum 6 months of customer service or client-facing experience Experience or interest in plumbing or electronics maintenance/repair considered an asset Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel Experience with PBS or similar systems considered an asset High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education 1 year of data entry experience preferred What we offer you Competitive Pay: We offer very competitive base rates Group Health Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
