Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Finance, or designate, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible for:

Maintaining records for accounting functions and assisting with audits;
Keeping up-to-date and accurate data of clients, students, vendors, and customers within the Great Plains Accounting System;
Ensuring quality client service;
Entering client funding packages and amendments including assisting with the processing of student payroll;
The accurate entering and processing of vendor and customer invoices in both the accounts payable and accounts receivable areas of the department;
Processing vendor payments and customer receipts in a timely manner;
Other duties as assigned.
