Company Overview: Gestion Personnel Alliance is a dynamic and growing company specializing in Recruitment in different areas. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of all logistics operations, contributing to the timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the logistical activities of our staffing company, ensuring adherence to established processes.
Manage and optimize both internal and external communication to ensure timely and clear information flow.
Oversee and follow up on scheduling processes, ensuring proper task assignments and punctuality in meeting commitments.
Monitor employee performance, fostering continuous improvement and efficiency within the department.
Handle transportation coordination, ensuring that clients' scheduled timelines are consistently met.
Act as a liaison between the operational team, the recruitment department, and other key departments, facilitating the implementation of initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Prepare periodic reports reflecting the status of logistical operations, identifying improvement areas and proposing effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and established standards, contributing to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Perform, among other tasks, any additional duties required based on the department's needs.

Qualifications

Needs to be available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and logistics management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must be fluent English and French
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
