In-Home Assisted Living Inc. is looking for compassionate, caring and reliable individuals to join our family as Registered Practical Nurses (RPN's) for our clients in Markham. Work setting is within private homes.

As a IHAL employee, you will make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families through compassionate, client focused care.

How You Will Spend Your Days

Assistance with personal care, hygiene, and grooming (ADL's)

Monitor patient's vitals

Light Housekeeping (IADL's vacuuming, laundry, dishes etc.)

Medication Reminders

Assisting clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers

Providing companionship and emotional support

Responding to emergency situations

Complete daily shift reports to communicate with Case Managers

Success In This Role

Registered Practical Nurse

Current CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred

Documentation skills

Ability to follow client care plan

Strong communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service skills

Compensation

$35.00/hr

Schedule

Mondays-Fridays 10am-4pm
