We are looking for a talented Senior Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the development of cutting-edge packaging designs.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Lead design and development of innovative packaging solutions for cosmetic products, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, marketing, creative and manufacturing, to ensure packaging designs align with brand guidelines and product specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies and create prototypes to test the performance and suitability of packaging designs.
Research and recommend materials that are cost-effective, sustainable, and meet product needs.
Ensure all packaging designs comply with regulatory and industry standards for safety and efficiency.
Monitor the packaging process during production to ensure efficiency and quality.
Document the design and development process for future reference and improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in packaging technology and materials.
Contribute to quality specification development and reviews.

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
Strong understanding of materials science and sustainable packaging solutions.
Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with injection molding, blow molding, and other key packaging manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cosmetic packaging.
Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.
Bilingual in Mandarin/English and/or Korean/English is a bonus.
