JOB PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Finance Business partner for Innovation, R&D, and Sustainability, this position is key to business and financial analysis and reporting. The findings of the various analysis will contribute to forecast and budget preparation, enterprise performance management as well as strategic decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Conducting business analysis and compiling succinct, informative reports on performance, risks and opportunities for senior management. Running the main OPEX/CAPEX monthly reports using internal systems. Providing operational and investment insights through business and financial analysis (including but not limited to IRRs, ROI, etc). Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and help improve operational and financial performance. Assess and identify opportunities to optimize spending and maximize returns. Support business partners in finding the root cause of OPEX/CAPEX variances Contribute to the design of new processes and simplification of activities, saving operational efforts to run the reports Participate on building and maintaining a one source of truth for OPEX alongside other analysts JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education & Certificates Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field CPA and/or MBA an asset Bilingualism (French and English preferred) Dynamic, innovative thinker with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills.
