Your Role: You will be responsible for shaping the organizational structure and resource allocation for the people function as the company scales. This role requires a thought partner to navigate a significant roadmap ahead. Qualifications: Strong background in strategic and operational HR functions. Experience in performance management and organizational design. Ability to drive change quickly. Business acumen with a track record of success in high-performance environments. Adaptability and readiness to tackle challenges.
