This is for our Simmtech Division Job Description: The Accounts Payable/Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes and coordinating various project-related tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Duties: Maintaining vendor files. Issuing purchase orders as directed by project managers. Receiving goods and verifying invoices. Entering invoices for payment and maintaining a list of payables and a general ledger. Creating and distributing reports as requested. Project Coordination Duties: Tracking project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Organizing, attending, and participating in project meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and ensuring project deadlines are met. Determining project changes and providing administrative support as needed. Undertaking project tasks as required. Maintaining customer/safety compliance reporting systems. Working closely with Operations Manager, ensure that projects adhere to framework, documentation is maintained properly, and deadlines are met. Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Administrative Duties: Maintaining inventory files and filing systems. Performing additional clerical or other related duties as required. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study. ERP experience (Syteline a plus). Three years of experience in a related field. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
