Your Role You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your Responsibilities You will make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor on processes to establish goals and improve operations Operate material handling equipment Direct the activities of warehouse associates Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations Be available to work overtime and weekends If you require an accommodation for the recruitment /interview process (including alternate formats of materials, or accessible meeting rooms or other accommodation), please let us know and we will work with you to meet your needs. Base wages are part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
