About the role

We're looking for someone who's mad passionate about ecommerce marketing. They're also ruthlessly analytical in their focus on data driven decision making, and creative in they're thinking around developing strategies to test.

Our ecommerce presence includes (Google and Meta origination), amazon.ca, Instacart (Retailers: Whole Foods, Costco), and Criterio (Retailers: costco.ca, walmart.ca). Your professional interests and skills mean you can move easily between platforms in pursuit of achieving the goals set for each one.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary of $52-61k, depending on skills and expertise, and an added commission payment set as a percentage of sales. Commission payments are made quarterly.

Activities and responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies for amazon.ca, Instacart (Retailers: Whole Foods, Costco), and Criterio (Retailers: costco.ca, walmart.ca).
Develop and execute paid ad strategies for the platforms mentioned above.
Report on conversions each week as a member of the sales team.
Work as part of our integrated marketing team in developing campaigns and activities for the quarter ahead.

What we're looking for

Minimum two years domain experience.
Marketing or Computer Science degree with a relevant concentration.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Must be hard-working, enthusiastic, and a team player who's more interested in achieving success than being right.
