You oversee the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

You track and report KPIs, trends, and business performance metrics.
You oversee the design and optimization of data models to support efficient querying and reporting.

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field.
You have a Bachelor's degree in statistics, IT, finance, accounting, or related field.
You have advanced knowledge of Tableau software, or equivalent data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik).
You are proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts.
You have familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes,
You have strong analytical skills and business acumen and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You have good knowledge in statistical analysis.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
You are fluent in French and can also communicate in English, enabling you to interact with unilingual English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec.
