We're currently looking for an experienced Methods Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Methods Department. You will lead a team of Methods Agents and CNC Programmers and play a key role in supporting our production efficiency.

This is a highly operational role that also contributes to the strategic implementation led by the Director of Methods \& NPI.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations within the Methods Department
Assign and prioritize team tasks based on production needs
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of technical documentation and CNC programs
Validate that work instructions meet client requirements and machining standards
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Tooling teams to resolve technical challenges
Supervise team performance, development, and daily coordination
Act as the main point of contact between your team and other departments

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a technical team in a CNC/methods environment
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
Solid knowledge of machining processes and CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, NX)
Proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on operational execution
Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
