Lifetime Plumbing Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our busy office in Grande Prairie. This is a part-time, in-person role (30 hours per week) with a full benefits package and room to grow.

About the Role:

You'll be the go-to person for administrative support, helping our team stay on track and our customers taken care of. From scheduling and dispatch to managing documents and communications, your ability to stay organized and upbeat will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and filing
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Coordinate service calls and assist with dispatching technicians
Maintain and organize records, both digital and physical
Use Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Teams, Planner, and OneNote, for internal communication and task management
Collaborate with the team to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Administrative experience required
Administration diploma preferred but not mandatory
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, Planner, and OneNote
Experience in Plumbing, Heating, or HVAC environments is an asset, but not essential
Scheduling or dispatch experience in a service-based industry is a bonus
Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and top-notch customer service skills
