We pride ourselves on delivering value through quality products, innovation, and real partnership — not just selling filters.  Role Summary Location: Toronto, ON (Greater Toronto Area)Industry: Air Filtration / Industrial SolutionsJob Type: Full-Time | PermanentTravel: Local GTA only, with 1–2 U.S. trips per year   We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead end-user sales in our largest and most strategically important market — the Greater Toronto Area.   This is a hunter role focused on aggressively developing new business. The ideal candidate knows how to get in the door, navigate decision-making structures, and win long-term relationships with facility managers, procurement leaders, and operations teams.   You’ll work directly with customers across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and institutional sectors to promote our air filtration solutions — supported by a responsive internal team and a company committed to delivering real customer value.What You’ll Be Doing Proactively identify, pursue, and close new end-user accounts within the GTA Conduct regular in-person site visits and cold calls to facilities, warehouses, and commercial buildings Develop customized filtration proposals that solve air quality and maintenance challenges Deliver presentations and air quality assessments to influence decision-makers Maintain a disciplined sales process, from lead generation to final sale Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and internal systems Collaborate with inside sales, service, and operations to deliver excellent customer experiences Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets What You Bring University degree preferred 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, with a proven track record of acquiring new business Experience selling to end users in industrial, commercial, or facilities-related markets Background in filtration, HVAC, industrial supply, or safety products is preferred but not required Strong hunter mentality — you love the chase, you’re fearless with cold calls, and you thrive on winning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in face-to-face environments Highly organized and self-motivated; able to work independently within your territory Valid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable vehicle Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; SAP experience strongly preferred Compensation & Perks Base salary + commission (% of all sales) Uncapped earning potential in a high-volume, opportunity-rich market Monthly vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health & dental benefits RRSP matching and other performance incentives Supportive, team-oriented culture with strong technical and service support No overnight travel, aside from 1–2 trips to the U.S. per year for training or company events   Ready to Make Your Mark?
