Description We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the evolution of Data Controls (record-level and data-in-motion controls) for shared enterprise data sets. This role is critical in supporting regulatory compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and building trust in our shared data products. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of data control enhancements across various data sets. Collaborate with data product managers, control users, source system SMEs, and technology teams to refine control designs and ensure alignment. Prototype control solutions using Python to validate and refine requirements. Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues. Plan and execute testing activities, ensuring solutions meet control objectives. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders involved in Party & Account data. Promote a culture of innovation, quality, and teamwork. Required Skills & Experience Capital Markets expertise, with a solid understanding of trading products. Proven Business Analysis skills: Ability to document business scenarios, sequence diagrams, and data requirements. Experience eliciting non-functional requirements and modeling functionality (UML a plus). Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Python for prototyping and problem-solving. Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel. Experience in test planning and execution. Strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, collaborative, and accountable team player. Requirements None
