The Role We’re not just hiring for a position, we’re adding a teammate. Someone who wants to help build what’s next, take real ownership, and grow with us along the way. As a Revenue Operations Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in connecting data across departments, surfacing insights, and turning HubSpot into a single source of truth. You’ll support strategic decision-making, improve reporting infrastructure, and work closely with GTM stakeholders to drive business growth. You’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to high-impact work, and have space to experiment, iterate, and level up; all while being surrounded by a group of people who genuinely want to see you succeed. What You’ll Do Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline, funnel health, attribution, and customer lifecycle. Analyze performance across GTM teams and deliver insights that drive growth. Own KPI reporting in HubSpot, improve data structure and quality, and manage lifecycle tracking and workflows. Use tools like Looker Studio, Snowflake, and Google Sheets to centralize data, support forecasting, and maintain governance standards. Support QBRs and executive reporting with clean data. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and CS on shared priorities. Contribute to evolving attribution models, CRM transitions, and reporting automation initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to turn ideas into action Bring fresh thinking and a willingness to challenge the status quo Embrace feedback, move with intention, and help others grow along the way What We Require 2+ years of experience in data analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related field HubSpot CRM experience is required (reporting, workflows, field management, lifecycle tracking) Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with Looker Studio, Snowflake, SQL, or other BI tools is a plus Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and data visualization skills Experience working with or supporting GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success) is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders Who You Are You’re naturally curious, self-directed, and energized by building You care just as much about how things get done as what gets done You thrive in collaborative environments and aren’t afraid to take the lead You value transparency, feedback, and a shared commitment to doing great work You’re passionate about making a difference and having fun while doing it How We Work (and What We Value) Our values guide how we show up, make decisions, and grow together: ??
