We're currently searching for a dynamic and energetic Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role you'll report to the VP of Construction and work closely with our Project Managers on a range of ICI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation, distribution, and control of project documentation
Review specifications for submittal requirements
Obtain the proper bonding and insurance as required by projects
Manage all finance related paperwork associated with a project
Prepare monthly billings to clients
Review and approval of shop drawing
Coordination of SI/CCN/CD between trades
Keep drawing markups current
Attending project meetings as required
Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals
Assist the Estimating department in the closing of tenders
Key Qualifications:
Post-secondary education focusing on the construction industry
3 to 5 years of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel and Word)
Highly organized
Strong communicator including strong reading/writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to set priorities to enable successful performance
Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and provide recommendations
Ability to meet deadlines
Experience with Procore would be considered an asset
