Position Description:

New Leaf Psychology Centre is seeking a full-time office administrator to support our associates in meeting the needs of the growing community.

Typical daily responsibilities include;

Welcome clients to the clinic
Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries
Manage a high volume of client bookings for multiple associates
Issue invoices and receipts, documenting payments received
Run and respond to regular reports regarding clinic functioning
Ensure communication with appropriate professionals (phone calls, fax and email)
Update content of website and social media as required
Order supplies and receive deliveries
Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Work closely with the office manager and clinic director to ensure clinic is operating well
General office duties as required
Depending on experience, bookkeeping may be involved

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will be experienced, energetic, highly organized and personable. They will possess exceptional verbal communication skills, both in person and by telephone, and will maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Successful candidates will be self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work, and a sharp attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Summary:

Work Type: 7.5-hours per day, 8am to 4pm OR 9:30am to 5:30pm (you are able to choose)

Shift/Hours: Monday through Friday

Salary Range: $25-32 commensurate with experience

This position is NOT remote -- you will be expected to work in the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
