With 1800+ employees in more than 30 countries and over 75 years of experience, we are the trusted, global, long-term partner for the world’s leading OEMs. Job Description Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including loading and unloading trucks and containers with attention to safety and efficiency Pick, pack, process, audit, and wrap customer orders within a computerized ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and complete documentation, including Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), maintaining precise record-keeping Adhere to and promote continuous improvement initiatives, conforming to departmental and company standards Demonstrate ability to multi-task and function effectively in a team atmosphere Assist other staff as required, fostering a collaborative work environment Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve logistics processes and efficiency Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new procedures as directed Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols Qualifications PREFERRED: 2+ years shipping/receiving experience Familiar with computerized ERP systems Licensed to operate Forklift and Overhead Cranes (Oetiker will provide in-house training for the successful candidate) Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Computerized ERP, EDI Additional Information Physical requirement of the job may require lifting up to 30 lbs.
