Marketing Manager Full-Time In-Person

Pixyls Crafts Inc. is a fast-growing startup redefining crafting with unique sticker-by-number kits. We're looking for a hands-on, strategic, and creative marketing manager to lead our marketing efforts and help take Pixyls to the next level.

What you'll do:

Own and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and TikTok with a strong focus on improving ROAS
Manage and execute a consistent content calendar across social platforms. Plan, create, and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content
Identify, manage, and grow influencer relationships to drive brand awareness and engagement
Build and optimize email campaigns in Klaviyo to drive customer retention and revenue
Oversee external creatives, designers, and copywriters as needed
Use data to evaluate campaign performance and make data-informed decisions
Juggle multiple initiatives and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and on brand

What we're looking for:

Experience in a marketing role, ideally in a startup or DTC e-commerce environment
Proven success running Meta and TikTok ad campaigns
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools
Has an eye for design
A creative thinker who's also data-savvy and results-oriented
Excellent communication skills and a self-starter mindset---you take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do

A personal interest in arts \& crafts
Experience growing a brand's social presence
Previous success working with small teams or in lean environments
