Overview Of The Position This position is an on-site role, based in our beautiful Home Office, which is located at 475 Panet Road, in Winnipeg.

Key Accountabilities Include

Supporting layout of flyers and catalogues that effectively showcase our products or services
Applying technical design principles and typography to create aesthetically pleasing and effective layouts for print materials
Participating in peer reviews of sales events and creative campaigns and following the production of individual flyer campaigns in accordance with the production schedule
Participating in end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final production, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to project timelines
Bringing creative campaigns to life by designing compelling visuals that effectively communicate campaign messages and engage the audience
Staying updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and print production processes to bring innovation to our creative campaigns
Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and marketing team members to refine designs
Coordinating with external print vendors, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery of printed materials

Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities Desired

Certificate in Graphic Design, or a related field is an asset
Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or Production Artist, with a focus on print and digital design, particularly in flyer production and creative campaigns is an asset
A portfolio demonstrating a strong command of technical print design techniques and layout composition is required
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for print and digital design
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design and production art projects and ability to respond to a brief effectively
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
