OverviewWe are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer and a SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual design and a strong understanding of web technologies. You will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand's message. Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually engaging, SEO-optimized websites that align with client branding and strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and user requirements, ensuring websites are intuitive, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.
Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Visio, and Adobe Acrobat to produce high-quality visuals, wireframes, and animations.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless performance across all devices and screen sizes.
Optimize websites for search engines through on-page SEO best practices, keyword integration, site speed enhancements, and metadata management.
Conduct user testing and leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to evaluate website performance and user behavior, making data-driven improvements.
Manage and update website content using content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
Integrate email marketing components into website design to support campaign goals and improve customer engagement.
Utilize AJAX and Node.js for dynamic content loading and enhanced interactivity.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in web design, SEO, and digital marketing to ensure continuous innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
Proficiency in visual design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe After Effects.
Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and Node.js.
Experience with content management systems, especially Drupal.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience with optimization tools and techniques.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
A strong portfolio showcasing past web design projects with SEO impact and results.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they relate to SEO and user engagement is a plus.
