The role of Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Vice President Finance, CFO \& Head of B2B Relations as well as to the members of his team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage calendar, meetings and business travels.
Manage expense accounts as well as Expense and Automobile Policies.
Create purchase orders and manage related invoicing.
Create and manage supplier accounts.
Manage the automobile fleet and related matters for executive members.
Be the contact person for corporate insurance (e.g.: purchase orders, invoicing and payments, etc.).
Be the point of contact for external and/or internal audits involving finance.
Write, translate documents and create PowerPoint presentations.

What you'll bring to the role:

Minimum 7 years' experience as an executive assistant.
Knowledge of Microsoft suite (advanced intermediate).
Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
Interpersonal skills, dynamism, positive energy and a good sense of humor.
Versatility, adaptability, organization and prioritization skills, as well as thoroughness, attention to detail and efficiency.
Sense of initiative and autonomy, proactive and able to work on several projects at once.
Clear, concise communication and a good ability to synthesize information.
Promotes teamwork and mutual collaboration.
Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
Experience as an executive assistant in a large company and/or at a national and/or global level, an important asset.
Knowledge of SAP, an asset.
