We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused Practice Manager to lead one of our dynamic teams at Smile City Dental in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys creating smooth day-to-day operations, and genuinely cares about both the patient and team experience.
As our Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in the overall success of the clinic — ensuring exceptional patient care, supporting a high-performing team, and managing the business side of operations with efficiency and heart. You’ll work closely with the clinical team, support staff, and head office to keep things running smoothly and continue building a practice environment that feels respectful, inclusive, and growth-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management
Team Leadership: Manage front desk staff, provide training, and ensure top-tier customer service
Process Improvement: Develop and implement office policies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to optimize scheduling and treatment plans
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory protocols, infection control, and patient confidentiality
Patient Relations: Address inquiries, complaints, and billing concerns in a professional and timely manner
Marketing Support: Assist in efforts to attract and retain patients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Dental Practice Management or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in dental software and office management systems
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and regulatory requirements
