We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable & Harness Inspector to support our team in Hudson, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, first-shift position. Key Responsibilities Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at one or more client suppliers in Hudson, New Hampshire Ensure products meet quality and specification standards Verify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.) Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects Interpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformances Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized

Required Qualifications Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods Certified or previously certified in IPC-A-620 & J-STD W/Space Addendum Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC) Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills

Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineering 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness Inspector
