Inspire and guide a team of talented individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality. Support the implementation of the wine program, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident in making recommendations that enhance the guest experience. General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting. Strong understanding of how to enhance the dining experience through excellent service and attention to detail. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
