Taking and processing orders with accuracy and efficiency ? Learning the art of great coffee—and how to work under pressure with style Who You Are ? Friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to learn ? Able to stay calm and organized in a busy setting ? A strong communicator and team player ? Committed to punctuality, cleanliness, and hospitality What You Bring ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? Able to follow detailed instructions and standard drink recipes ? Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs ? Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented ? No formal education required Additional Requirements ? Food Safe Level 1 (or willingness to obtain) preferred ?
