Role: Sunrise Farms is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail-oriented individual, who is a strong team player and can work with minimal supervision and show sound judgment. \n Responsibilities: HACCP Monitoring – critical controls Monthly Audits / Inspections – GMP, Facility Product sampling and quality testing online Microbiological swabbing of equipment surfaces, plating Operational condition monitoring – temperatures, plant conditions Pre-operational inspections – visual / smell (Evis/Production) Equipment Calibrations / monitoring Data entry tasks Record verification tasks Other tasks as assigned Requirements: Have working knowledge of Microsoft programs Be fluent in English (spoken and written) Be available for overtime if the processing schedule requires it Be a fast learner Be able to work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines Have experience in QA / food processing Have education related to food / quality Are familiar with microbiological testing, laboratory procedures and equipment Have post-secondary education \n #IND2 #LI-SJ At Sunrise Farms we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
