What you will do
* Support customers as a technical resource on the Sysdig Platform, reporting
to the Sr. Director of Customer Success.
* Build relationships with customer teams and technical users
* Help align Sysdig capabilities with customer use cases and goals
* Help with deployment, configuration, and operational best practices
* Participate in workshops to promote product adoption and usage
* Share customer feedback to inform product improvements
* Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Services to deliver a seamless customer
experience
What you will bring with you
* 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes (on-prem or cloud)
* Knowledge of container image management and optimization
* Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps, or automation tools
* Basic scripting and API usage skills
* Experience solving problems with a desire to grow in troubleshooting complex
systems
* Exposure to working with customers and project coordination
* Bonus: Understanding of Prometheus, time series metrics, or monitoring best
practices
What we look for
* 2–4 years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Support Engineer,
DevOps, Junior TAM/CSE)
* Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and major cloud platforms
* Familiarity with Prometheus, PromQL, and container/cloud security practices
* One or more Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
* Consulting skills
* Collaborative technologists
* Bonus: Experience with Sysdig or Falco
* Fluent in English.

The U.S. annual salary range for this full-time position is between $117,000 and
$153,300 USD/year USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range
based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related
experience and education.
