Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a chiropractic assistant required immediately, who is striving to support the [clinic] 's mission to set new standards of excellence in comprehensive health care. Duties:

Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Schedule appointments for patients and manage the appointment calendar
Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
Maintain patient records and update information as needed
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, manual claim submission, and scanning documents
Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns

Requirements:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly- Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records.

Self-motivated and passionate that is capable of working independently and in a team setting
