About the role We are looking for a senior software developer to join our early team. You will be joining a small team of existing developers and will be able to make a big impact. Experience with data analytics and AI is a benefit. This role is hybrid, and you are expected to come to the office, located in Downtown Vancouver, 2 days a week. Responsibilities Develop and enhance product features using Python and Typescript Architect and design changes to the existing codebase Assist with managing our infrastructure and deployment systems Apply AI to the field of performance management Collaborate closely with the customer-facing teams to address customer issues and enhance the product based on customer feedback Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or a similar role Experience with Python, Typescript, Django or React is beneficial but not required Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Experience developing features utilizing LLMs is preferred Benefits of working at Topicflow Building things from the ground up with little organizational constraints.
