What You’ll Do: Build trusted relationships with customers over the phone, virtually, and in person Educate clients on insurance coverages, taking the time to understand their needs and tailor solutions Follow up with leads using our proven quote program to grow the customer base Provide support on billing, payments, and policy servicing Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve the customer experience What Will Make You Successful: 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a difference Confidence in using technology and office software Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (we can help!)
