Description Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Asphalt Screed Operator to join our team.This job is located in Vancouver – Lower Mainland, BC.Paying $32–$36 per hour.Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. Requirements Job Scope: Operating screed controls on paving machines to ensure correct depth, width, and grade of asphalt Adjusting material flow and making necessary corrections during paving operations Coordinating with the paver operator and ground crew to maintain a consistent and smooth mat Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance Ensuring safety and quality standards are met on all jobsites Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Asphalt Screed Operator Solid understanding of asphalt paving techniques and grade control Experience operating highway-class pavers and screed attachments Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Team-oriented with strong communication skills Company Details Benefits In addition to consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
