The Warehouse Technician will pull parts and material from inventory and deliver them to the appropriate operations areas. Education/Experience • High school diploma or GED is required • Prior experience on factory floor is a plus • Excellent communication skills Core Competencies • Ability to work independently and co-operatively • Client/Customer Focus • Organization • Good problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Able to make time sensitive decisions Accountabilities • Pull parts and material from inventory and deliver to the appropriate parties • Move material and equipment via forklift • Perform bin transfer and confirm that all material is pulled for production orders • Follow all company safety and quality requirements • Efficiently and safely operate applicable equipment to unload, load and distribute materials with limited supervision Work Conditions • Majority of time spent moving, gathering, assembling of parts • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs (with mechanical assistance) • Intense listening, mental and visual concentration • Job anxiety, tension and mental stress can occur from time to time in meeting deadlines, dealing with interruptions, and responding to general duties • Shop Conditions • Wear PPE as required Väderstad provides modern agriculture with innovative, highly efficient agricultural machinery and methods.
